I was very impressed with the young man that came out to install window film in my home. He was on time for our appointment and he did not do the whole upsell thing that I thought he would. I told him I wanted to test the tinting in one room and it is the hottest room in the house so if it works for me I will consider doing the whole house. He said, that’s all that we can ask. I happen to know that it was a decent price so I was not put off by that. He came out and he measured and we talked. I chose the tinting level and as I say he didn’t try to upsell me which I was prepared for and which would have turned me off. When they got the word that I had bought the coupon they called me immediately. It worked out well. He was very nicely dressed and did not look like a workman. He asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off at the door. I thought he was great.
Just wanted to write in and say how pleased we are overall about the work you guys did here. Now that it has gotten warm we are seeing the positive impact the film is having especially on the kitchen window and patio door/dog door. I also want to say the installation went well and all around it was an excellent experience! I have been saying how useful it is in keeping the heat down upstairs and hopefully you will pick up some work from that. As I said when you were here I appreciate your checking for the low E glass and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Integrity is a great thing, glad you have it
